The Salary Negotiation Calculator and the other tools on this site (the "Service") take your privacy seriously and process personal information as described below.
1. Information we collect
The salary calculation feature runs entirely in your browser. Values you enter — salary, role, years of experience, and so on — are never sent to or stored on a server.
That said, non-identifying statistics such as access logs, browser type, and pages visited may be collected automatically to help us operate and improve the Service.
2. Features that require external processing
Some tools, by their nature, pass your input through the Service's own server (Cloudflare Workers) to an external provider. In every case, we do not store your input — it's discarded immediately after processing.
- Couple Referee — what you write and the answers you select are sent to an AI model provider (Google Gemini API or Cloudflare Workers AI) for judging. Your name is optional, and the screen advises against entering identifying information.
- YouTube Transcript Extractor · Keyword Checker — the server looks up the URL you provide on your behalf.
- Fishing Tide Guide — the tide-station code and date for your selected spot are sent to the Korea Hydrographic and Oceanographic Agency's tide forecast API (via the public data portal) to fetch high/low tide times. We don't collect location data — the station code is a publicly listed identifier.
Information passed through the features above is subject to each external service's own privacy policy.
3. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
The Service may use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and other third-party ad vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits.
- Google uses advertising cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and others.
- You can opt out of personalized ads in your Google Ads Settings.
- Third-party ad vendors' cookie use is governed by Google's advertising policies.
4. Analytics
The Service may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand visit statistics, which may collect non-identifying usage data via cookies.
5. Sharing with third parties
The Service does not share the salary information you enter with third parties. Cookie-based data collected by the advertising and analytics providers mentioned above is handled under each provider's own policy.
6. Your rights
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculation features still work without cookies, though some features like personalized ads may be limited.
